Author and Publisher Relationship
The relationship between the author and the publisher of the journal is governed by the following terms:
The journal "Scientific Tatarstan. Humanities" does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or publication of articles. No author royalties are paid.
By submitting the agreement to the editorial board, the author (including on behalf of co-authors) creates a public offer agreement with the publisher by default. This constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the publication terms and governs copyright relations between the author and the publisher. Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by additional agreements.
The journal's editorial board adheres to the Copyright Law of the Russian Federation and relevant international agreements. Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for the publication of any materials used in their article. Confirmation of the rights to use these materials is recorded in the agreement with the author.
By submitting an article to the journal's editorial board, the author (including co-authors) grants the publisher, for the term of copyright established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, a non-exclusive right to use the created scientific work in both print and electronic form, free of charge. This includes the following rights:
– To freely distribute the article or any part thereof (including metadata) on any medium worldwide, as a separate work and/or as part of the journal (in print and/or electronic version), and/or in databases of the publisher or third parties, at the discretion of the journal's publisher.
Third parties have the right to use the published work within the limits and under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Use that goes beyond the rights granted by the license must be carried out with the permission of the copyright holder.
The territory where the rights to the article may be exercised is unlimited.
The Publisher reserves the right to unilaterally amend the publication terms of the journal.
The author has the right to freely use the published material and republish it in any other publication. However, in doing so, the author must not infringe upon the exclusive rights of the journal "Scientific Tatarstan. Humanities" and must indicate the location of the material's first publication.
In the event the publisher translates an article from a foreign language into Russian, the author retains the right to freely use the original article in English or another language and publish it in any other publication. However, this may only be done after the Russian-language version has been published in the journal "Scientific Tatarstan. Humanities" with an indication of the place and language of the first publication.
The author is not restricted in placing a copy of the material published in the journal in electronic databases and personal internet resources, provided the location of the material's first publication is indicated.
